Pop-up still activate without icons at end game

Once the game has ended, if you click return to game, then mouse over where the gold, silver, and bronze awards were (on the end screen menu), the description tags for the awards still pop-up, even though the award icons are no longer displayed. Notice three red arrows showing spots where the pop-ups will activate.
