Toggle for confirmation on robber placements

Having to confirm placement of the robber or starting positions is so tedious. It takes like 10 presses to be able to place anything on Mobile due to selececting and it registering as unselecting instead of confirming. Mobile is almost too annoying to play.

Confirmation buttons for mobile are being resized. Will look bigger next update most likely.
