Accidently placing settlements when dragging across map.

I've had this slip happen probably over 30 times in the past several weeks. Basically, the really large maps require players to drag around the map to view it. However, when dragging the map, players on their turn to place a settlement usually end up accidently building a settlement. That player 90% of the time leaves the game, requiring all other players (usually in 6-8 player games) to reset the game since there is a bot now in the game.

Please allow a "Are you sure?" confirmation when placing settlements at the start, or allow us to pick up settlements when placing at the start on our turn because slips like these happen so often.
