Allow Colonist Pack owners to access Settlers Pack colors

It would be a good idea to allow Colonist Pack owners to access Settlers Pack colors because the Colonist pack includes everything in the Settlers pack.

I personally loved the Bronze a lot more than the silver. If the bronze goes on sale for more than $9, then it would have been better to have bought both settler’s and colonist packs :(
