75% Vote to Disable Karma

The player who is taking their turn should be able to initiate a vote to permanently disable Karma for the match, and 75% consensus should do so. This helps to get around toxic players or a ruined game, such as one where a misclick trade happens or a bot takes over for a player and ruins the match for them. I think a vote to kick a player for being toxic could be abused, and this is a more elegant solution. Alternatively, or in addition, there could be an option to summon an Admin to temporarily spectate the game to discourage toxic play.
