Bots time out when trying to use Road Builder with no roads available

When a bot has 0 roads available to build but also has a road-builder, the bot normally times out (sometimes doesn't if it uses another Dev card beforehand). I'm assuming that it is trying to use the road-builder but is unable to as it has 0 roads available to build, this leads to the time out.

I am using Chrome on my Windows 10 machine

This is still broken. Firefox on Windows 10 laptop.

I have experienced a similar issue. The bot times out every turn, it has no more roads, and has a few development cards.

Fixed in v94. I this happens again please report
