[Hexs] Monopoly/YOP resource selection box gets stuck if turn ends

Bug when activating Monopoly (or Year of Plenty) dev card, if the turn ends before I confirm to mono a certain resource, the mono resources box will remain open until I click on the X, or select a resource and click the checkmark. It won't allow to mono any resource tho, for that to happen I need to click again on the dev card and select a resource from a new resources selection box.
