Lose 2 Road Builder When Clicked, then Page Refresh

Hi Colonist.io team, please fix this bug. I was playing and clicked my 2 road builder dev card. Then refreshed the page. When I came back, the card was gone and I couldn't build them. Same thing happened to the opponent I was playing against. I only tried refreshing the page to see if the same thing happened to me, and it did. I'm not sure if the same is true for other dev cards.
