Robber timer TOO short/fast

In the most recent update I believe, the timer for the robber moved from 30-sec to about 15 or 10-sec which is noticeably too short/fast... 20 to 30-sec feels ideal, especially with 6+ players

Discussed this with many different people. I think on Vfast its only 7 seconds which is way too short. It takes you a couple seconds to realise you've rolled 7 and then you try think back the numbers that have been rolled, check who is in the lead etc. just nowhere near enough time.

Fixed. Now robber placement for Very Fast game after rolling a 7, is 20 seconds. Live in v94, 11/11
