[Bug Report] : Fix Spectator View Number

If you observe the Eye at the bottom near to the buttons, it shows 0 spectators even though me and 2 other friends were spectating this.

admin update: Fixed, live in v94.

From the first second it doesn't load and sometimes have all settlements the same color. Repeatedly sending "bot is placing road for ____" and I waited like 5 minutes and didn't reconnect :/
