Fix Long Road / Large Army Animations

They are slow and take up the whole screen. In one turn I took long road and then played a robber to take Large Army. It burned 20 seconds off my clock waiting for both animations to disappear so I could place the robber. On very Fast, this was 2/3 of my time clock.

The animations also are not off when you have Animations: Off in the settings.

If this is a required animation, then have it fly up to the top corner or something so the board is still visible.

Animations were relocated (upper right corner), and their size and time was reduced
