Show an expiring circle animation around the (X) of a trade offer that you cannot accept

As I understand it, if you do not have the resource they are asking for, the trade gets automatically rejected. It would be nice if there were an animation around the (X) [like in the attachment] to represent this behavior.
I had no idea that it'll reject it for you and it would be nice to know instead of thinking I'm being a kind neighbor by dutifully rejecting the offers so they don't waste their time.
